Oude IJsselstreek wins the election for Most Accessible Municipality in the Netherlands!

Many municipalities are already working accessibility. But of course, there is always room for improvement. That is why the Association of Dutch Municipalities organizes the election Most Accessible Municipality in the Netherlands. The VNG wants to put municipalities that are already doing well in the spotlight. We also ensure that municipalities learn from each other during the election. In this way, the election is of added value for every municipality.

This year’s prize was provided by Galerie Atelier Herenplaats, and specifically by Brenda van Vliet. Especially for this occasion, she has worked very a work of art that was awarded yesterday. A great gift!
